These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via the PaperShell AB webshop (the “Webshop”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Consent

By using the Webshop and placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company or organization (where applicable) and that you accept these Terms.

2. Products and Purpose

The Webshop is intended for the purchase of samples of PaperShell material. These samples are for evaluation and testing purposes only, and not intended for resale or production use.

3. Prices and Taxes

• All prices are stated in Euro (EUR).
• Value Added Tax (VAT) at 25% is applied in accordance with Swedish and EU tax regulations. VAT is either included in the displayed price or added at checkout, depending on the setting chosen at the time of sale.
• Shipping costs, where applicable, will be added at checkout.

4. Payment

• Payment is processed at the time of order through approved payment providers.
• We currently accept Stripe, credit card.
• All transactions are securely handled by third-party payment services. PaperShell does not store your payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped from our facility in Sweden.
• Delivery is available to EU countries. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and chosen shipping method.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (samples), all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the delivered item is defective or incorrect.
• In case of defects or errors, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

7. Rights and Responsibilities

• PaperShell AB retains ownership of the products until full payment has been received.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring the suitability of samples for their intended testing purposes.
• Samples are not certified for end-use in commercial applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

• PaperShell AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

9. Force Majeure

PaperShell AB is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transport disruptions, or technical failures.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Swedish law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
• Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be settled by the courts of Sweden, with Skaraborg District Court as the first instance.

11. Amendments to Terms

PaperShell AB reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version published on the Webshop at the time of purchase applies to your order.
