Anders Breitholtz

Other previous positions: Senior positions at Sandvik Materials Technology AB, CEO Ramnäs Bruk.

Christopher Carrick

CEO of Lignin industries. Lignin industries started 2018 with the idea of converting lignin from pulp mills to biomaterials that replace fossil plastics. Lignin industries is a Swedish innovation company. Christopher have a family history of five generations of pioneers within the Pulp and Paper industry. Including founding SCA to establishing and managing several of Sweden’s most famous Pulp and Paper production plants.

Johan Ryding

Founder & CEO of Sportamore AB, the largest online sporting goods retailer in the Nordics. Sportamore was listed on Nasdaq First North in 2012 and later on the OMX main market in 2015. The company was sold to Footway (Publ) in a public tender process in 2020. Through Riverdale Ventures AB, Johan has provided strategic consultancy and M&A advisory services, with a focus on digitalization and business turnarounds. He also holds board positions at Pamica Group AB, Verkkokauppa.com Oyj, and Wesports Scandinavia AB.

Mats Torring

Board member and Head of New Ventures Stena Metall AB. Stena Metall Group has seven business areas and operations at around 200 locations in nine countries. Each year, six million tons of waste and end-of-life products are recycled and refined, and customers are supplied with many essential raw materials, steel products and marine fuels.

Roberto Monti

Senior executive with international leadership experience in the furniture and retail industries. Former CEO of Arper. Several senior roles at IKEA, including President of IKEA Concept, President of IKEA South East Europe, and CEO & Country Manager of IKEA Italia. Have also serveed as a senior advisor and board member for organizations such as ITAB Group and AIDAF, and is the founding director of the “Respect & Dialogue” initiative supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Fredrik Westerberg

Has held key leadership roles in the global manufacturing and automotive industry, including Engineering and Projects Director at Gestamp’s startup plant in the Czech Republic, Tooling Maintenance Manager and Global Launch Team Responsible at Gestamp Hardtech, and project manager for delivery to Gestamp Asia for VW and PSA. Program manager for OEM for Volvo. He has also worked at the Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE) and currently serves as CEO of Wibax Production AB. From 2022 to 2025, he served as Chief Production Officer at PaperShell, where he was responsible for the development and execution of Factory 1.

Mille Milehem

CEO at Yllw - Member of NO GA Group. The group is one of the Nordic region’s leading independent interior design group with unique expertise within needs adapted solutions for retail and B&B businesses and reused furniture for contract market. The group turnover is approximately €150 million and among Yllw´s customers you can find many of the most successful businesses and companies in the nordic region. Since 2018 Mille is member of the board in Länsförsäkringar Älvsborg (Insurance and Bank).

Mathieu Gustafsson

Mathieu has a cross-disciplinary background encompassing product design, branding and sustainable materials development and implementation, with an emphasis on product design and sustainable production for the furniture industry. After numerous years of developing a kindred natural fiber composite for the furniture industry, Mathieu teamed up with colleague and co-founder Anders Breitholtz to establish PaperShell and start its journey towards industrialization. Today Mathieu continues the work with multiple approaches for a sustainable furniture industry.

Louise Kathrine Dedichen

Former Head of the Norwegian Military Mission to NATO and the EU (2020-2024), Vice Admiral. Former Rector of the Norwegian Defence University College (2008-2019), leading significant reforms in military education. Served in various high-level military positions including Chief of Staff at the Norwegian Defence Staff College and Director of the Norwegian Navy's Procurement Command. Extensive experience in international military operations and defense diplomacy.

Gunnar Brock

Chairman of the Board of Stena AB and of Neptunia Invest since 2017. He is also board member of Investor AB and ABB.

Staffan Bohman

Previously Chairman of the Board of Electrolux since 2018 and board member of Atlas Copco, CEO of Gränges, Sapa AB and DeLaval.
