Chief Investment Officer & portfolio manager Odin Fund Management. Previous Boardpositions of Gränges AB, Borregaard ASA, Sbanken ASA, Cary Group AB and RECSilicon ASA. Other previous positions: partner/Chief Investment director and Fund Manager in Wiborg Kapitalförvaltning. Several positions in a number of investmentbanks, including Pareto, ABG Sundal Collier, First Chicago (now JP Morgan) and SEB.
Anders Breitholtz

Anders has extensive expertise in sustainable & advanced materials and circular economy sectors, spanning a distinguished career of +20 years as Material Tech Scout. His roles have encompassed a wide array of responsibilities, he has work with with or on VP or SVP level for Brand owners, within the manufacturing industries or for research institutes and has implemented sustainable and advanced materials and production techniques for Fortune 500 companies globally. With an educational background in Industrial Economics from Chalmers University of Technology and Industrial Design and Design Management
from HDK (School of Art and Crafts).
Carina Andersson

Christopher Carrick

Chairman of the board and founder of Lignin industries. Lignin industries started 2018 with the idea of converting lignin from pulp mills to biomaterials that replace fossil plastics. Lignin industries is a Swedish innovation company. Christopher have a family history of five generations of pioneers within the Pulp and Paper industry. Including founding SCA to establishing and managing several of Sweden’s most famous Pulp and Paper production plants.
Johan Ryding
Board member
Founder & CEO of Sportamore AB, the largest online sporting goods retailer in the Nordics. Sportamore was listed on Nasdaq First North in 2012 and later on the OMX main market in 2015. The company was sold to Footway (Publ) in a public tender process in 2020. Through Riverdale Ventures AB, Johan has provided strategic consultancy and M&A advisory services, with a focus on digitalization and business turnarounds. Chairman of the board at Wesports Scandinavia AB. Board position at Pamica Group AB and previously at Verkkokauppa.com Oyj.
Roberto Monti

Senior executive with international leadership experience in the furniture and retail industries. Former CEO of Arper. Several senior roles at IKEA, including President of IKEA Concept, President of IKEA South East Europe, and CEO & Country Manager of IKEA Italia. Have also serveed as a senior advisor and board member for organizations such as ITAB Group and AIDAF, and is the founding director of the “Respect & Dialogue” initiative supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Louise Kathrine Dedichen

Former Head of the Norwegian Military Mission to NATO and the EU (2020-2024), Vice Admiral. Former Rector of the Norwegian Defence University College (2008-2019), leading significant reforms in military education. Served in various high-level military positions including Chief of Staff at the Norwegian Defence Staff College. Extensive experience in international military operations and defense diplomacy.
Gunnar Brock
Board advisor
Seasoned Swedish executive and board director with a long track record in industrial leadership. He holds a degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and has served as CEO and Group
President of major global companies including Tetra Pak and Atlas Copco. Brock has held numerous senior board roles, including director positions at ABB, Investor AB and Patricia Industries, and is Chairman of Stena AB and Neptunia Invest AB. He is also a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.
Staffan Bohman
Board advisor
Swedish business leader with extensive experience from senior executive and board roles in international industrial companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Staffan Bohman has previously served as CEO of DeLaval and Gränges/Sapa, and as Chairman of the Board of Electrolux. He has also held numerous board positions in major Swedish and global companies, including Atlas Copco. In addition, he is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA).
Micael Bydén
Board advisor
Former Supreme Commander of the Swedish Armed Forces (2015–2024). General. Former Chief of the Swedish Air Force with a background as a fighter pilot. Led the Armed Forces through a period of significantly deteriorated security conditions, including Sweden’s NATO accession process. Extensive experience in strategic leadership, defence policy, international military cooperation and total defence, with a strong focus on resilience and civil–military coordination.
