PaperShell is a new material made from kraft paper, impregnated with a bio-binder, stacked in layers and pressed into biogenic load-bearing components.

By replacing materials with high climate impacts, such as plastic, fiberglass, or aluminum, PaperShell enables CO2 reductions of up to 98% for every kilogram of material replaced.

Production lines are designed for catering to diverse business needs, capable of producing complex or flat-surface components up to 1500 x 2000 mm in 0,5 to 7 mm thickness.
